When you request information through this site, we need to know your e-mail
address or, where you wish it to be sent by post, your name and postal address.
We use this to send to you the information you request in the form that you
require. We will not pass your details to anyone else outside the St.Clair Group
without your permission.
Access to the
personal data we may hold about you
Upon request, you can ask us whether we are keeping personal data about you
collected from the website by sending an email to info@st-clair.com.
If you require, we will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data
that we keep about you within 40 days. We will require proof of your identity
and we will provide the information at a charge of €15 per request.
We allow you to
challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have
the data:

· Rectified or amended
· Completed
We reserve the
right to refuse to provide our visitors with a copy of their personal data,
but will give reasons for our refusal. We do, however, allow you to challenge
our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data.
